TechWorks is a manufacturing training facility offering Gold Collar Job Skills for the 21st Century.

Manufacturing Training is custom designed for your new or incumbent employees using both classroom and hands-on enironments.

TechWorks is set up to train people of every skill level from entry level positions to NIMS Machinist Credentials with our "Pathways to Success" program.

Graduates of this program have gone on to success in many different areas of this industry. Now the program has become a resource for the entire Midwest.

TechWorks is set up to teach people of every skill level from basic manual machining and blueprint reading to 2D and 3D CAD, CNC programming and advanced GD&T. Our students come from high schools, colleges, and local industries. We are also helping the unemployed gain marketable job skills. TechWorks is a Rock Valley College Regional Training Center and a Haas Technology Center. We are setting up an open entry-open exit program to fit the needs of our clients and the community. Our program has one of the only manual machine labs in the area, featuring mills, lathes, OD and surface grinders.
